Dear TCS Families:

We are so excited to begin our 22nd school year in August! I have now been the Head of School for twenty of the past twenty-two school years. I am so thankful to have had my two children with me during their infant and preschool ages. My oldest son, Gabriel will be enlisting in the Army Reserves, attending boot camp in the summer, and enrolling at Mississippi State in the fall. My youngest son, Greyson, will be entering high school at Bishop Kenny. If anyone can tell you how fast these years will go by, it is me. Cherish your children and all the memories you can make while they are young!

As Head of School, I am always amazed and impressed with our incomparable staff. The years of experience and qualifications our staff possesses is abundant. Our “Word of Mouth” reputation is a perfect example of this. I consider it a privilege to be a part of such a superb and energetic preschool.

This Welcome Package is being sent home to ensure you have all the information needed for a successful and well informed school year. It is imperative that all care givers familiarize themselves with all school policies and procedures in the Parent Handbook. Please also read carefully, and return, our Enrollment Contract, which must be completed for each student. The contract and other time sensitive documents are due on the date that is provided by our Director, Marlo Hunt. The non-refundable registration fee per student will be assessed the week following the return of all enrollment forms through the Brightwheel app.

Please note in the 2026/2027 Enrollment Contract that we have two options for enrollment. The traditional school year from Monday, August 17, 2026 through Friday, June 25, 2027 OR full year from Monday, August 17, 2026 through Thursday, August 5, 2027.

It is imperative that you read the Tuition Letter that is included in this enrollment packet for the 2026/2027 school year. Please pay attention to your child’s class rate and the dates that tuition and supply fees are due. The Quarterly Supply Fee will be $75 in the 2026/2027 school year. A school year calendar is included in this package, along with being on our website, with all tuition and supply fee due dates. Bi-weekly tuition is due the Wednesday prior to the two weeks being paid. All tuition, Quarterly Supply Fees, Registration Fees and Infant Holding Fees, will be processed through the Brightwheel app.
